Down a circular stone stairwell, an ample breakfast including cheese and cold cuts, is served in the large barrel-vaulted breakfast cave. Coffee, tea and spirits are served to the hilt in crystal chandeliers, brocade fabrics and trompe l'oeil ceilings.

Breakfast is served with tea, coffee, chocolate, orange juice, sweet buns, small bread, croissant, brioche, apple cake, raisin bun, selection of cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruits, cold meat, selection of cheese, eggs, and last but not the least, the cake of the day, Saint Michel. Pastries, baked fresh on the premises are served at the breakfast buffet.
